The entire institute's staff is described by their hospitality. From the receptionists till the cleaning staff and chief, they all have greeted me politely and happily. Really cleaned the air of any problems and made me, the tourist, feel like I was in an actual vacation. Moreover, the hotel itself had a very neat structure. It has been placed next to a fast food chain and gas station, therefore I didn't need to go far for a quick bite. Last both not least, the culinary services were on point, feeling very well fed after breakfast, with a various of dishes to choose from, including a stand with fruits.

The staff is super friendly and ready to answer all your questions! I lost my ring in the room and I realized that only after departing. I called the reception and after 5 minutes I got the feedback that they found my ring and they will have kept safe until I would pick it up. The room is not so bis but quite spacious for spending a couple of nights.

Sasalein

The staff were fabulous. The reception staff, the barman Nick and the lovely lady managing the breakfast the breakfast. The breakfast was good, service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. The location was perfect as we were between Rotterdam and the Hague. Also like the plentiful free parking.

The staff were helpful and caring and bent the rules a tiny bit to enable our very early start which was much appreciated. The room was light and airy and the bed comfortable
